Honda has recently revealed the facelifted version of Brio. The compact hatchback is one of the strongest players from the Honda family when it comes to the passenger cars. Owing its popularity to the beautiful exteriors, attractive features and a very efficient yet powerful engine, the car has steered its way into the list of top cars in the hatchback segment. During the 2015 Indonesian Auto Show, the car got displayed with style contrasting to the vehicle’s stylish yet conventional new exterior changes. However, it is said that Brio is one of those rare cars in the segment that looks quite stunning and sporty but as the companies have a rule to get a facelift done on all their models every 2 or 3 years, this facelift was inevitable. The version that got launched seems surprisingly similar to the model which got launched in Thailand back in 2013.

However as the fans are dreamy eyed about the new facelift as they waited for quite sometime to see the facelifted version of their favourite hatchback. The not so good news for the ardent fans is that not all variants will be getting the said facelift. For the cheaper variants of the vehicle such as Honda Brio Satya, no changes have been done, the changes will cater to the mid and the top variants of the vehicle which is quite a surprising step taken by the leading Japanese automaker giant. But there is nothing to worry about as the vehicle has already managed to rake in pretty good sales numbers and the lower variant such as Satya is already very popular in some countries and it is rather unlikely that this will have some kind of negative impact on the overall performance of the vehicle in the market.

The changes which has been done to the vehicle are some big and some small such as a spoiler has been placed at the rear side, new round foglamps, a rear wiper which will be coming with a defogger, the new beautiful chrome garnish under the hatch handle and brand new 14 inch alloy wheels. Quite interesting we must say. Talking about the interior, we can say that the interiors are looking fabulous than ever. The company is offering the combination of black and grey interior while in the previous model, the colour tone was two tone black, beige combination which looked okay as well, but falls flat compared to the new colour combination.

Other than the colour tones, the insides are getting a couple of new features are well which are sure to woo the consumers in a big way. The 2-Din music system and the electric folding mirrors will be providing the vehicle with enhanced style and comfortability quotient.

Now let us come to the big thing, the powertrain. The engine powering the vehicle will be a 1.2 litre i-VTEC engine which will be doing the job of running the car while producing a peak power of 88 bhp along with the maximum torque of 109 Nm.
