Honda launches Exclusive edition Brio in India

The Indian car market is all prepared for the festive season. From brand new cars to special and limited edition models, all the global car makers in India are making an effort to reach out to the Indian consumers with some kind of new or special offering for the festive season. The festive season is a time when the Indian car buyers go that extra mile to bring home a new vehicle as a part of the celebration. The auspicious time is also considered great to splurge in a new valued possession and this sentiment is further ticked by the great offers and special features showered in by the car makers.

Following the rivals in the market, Honda Cars India Limited (HCIL) has launched a limited edition model of the Brio. Honda launched this limited edition known as the Exclusive Edition Brio on 30th of September tagged at Rs. 4.92 lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi).

The Brio hatchback is a very popular car in the Indian auto market. The car has been drawing impressive volumes for the Japanese car maker, which even inspired it to bring in a new car in India, based on the Brio platform and this has been a massive success in the form of the new Honda Amaze. The Brio hatchback is still manages to receive ample amount of favor from the Indian car buyers, and to give this a boost the company has introduced a limited edition model for the hatchback for the Indian festive season.

In order to reap maximum amount of volumes during the festive season, Honda has endowed the new Limited Edition model of the Brio with new features. This includes new regal black interiors along with completely fresh new upholstery. The Special edition Brio model also celebrates the 2nd anniversary of the hatchback of the hatchback in Indian car market.

The Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Honda Cars India, Mr. Jnaneswar Sen told the media personals that the company is very happy to introduce the new ‘Exclusive’ edition of Brio with new black interiors. Honda always endeavors to offer freshness to the product range and to create customer interest and the Exclusive Brio edition is just a result of this endeavor.

Sen also added that Honda Brio hatchback is a well appreciated car in the Indian auto market and has garnered a total sale of 54,095 units in the last couple of years’ time since its launch. Honda also revealed that the new Brio model will carry an ‘Exclusive’ badge and will be available in 3 body color options, namely Taffeta White, Rally Red and Alabaster Silver. The Exclusive Brio model will also have additional features including door visors, chrome finished exhaust pipe, rear parking sensor as well as illuminated side-step decorations. Honda India is currently reveling in its new found glory after the launch of the Brio based Amaze compact sedan, which is also the company’s first diesel offering in India. After the Amaze, the Brio is the most selling car from HCIL.
