So much profit was yielded in just a period of two months, with 40% gains during the April to June period with the flow of 40,718 units much higher than 29,127 pieces in the corresponding year. On the impressive growth the senior vice president in sales and marketing sector of Honda Cars India Limited, Jnaneswar Sen said, ‘’we are grateful to our customers for the lengthened success of all new City and Honda Amaze and we are certain of our profitable outcome in the segments. We are at present thrilled by the launch of forthcoming Mobilio, a seven seat vehicle, scheduled to arrive by end of July, and we are positive of the overwhelming customer response.’’

Honda has maintained a steady growth momentum in the past months; it is an achievement taking the depressed economy into consideration. The company has made continuous profits when many other esteemed firms are struggling to make impressive outcomes in the past two years. The market has shown some signs of revival inscribed in the month of May when few firms made profits and some dint.

The 75% growth volume is massive compared to 17.8% profits achieved in May 2014. Honda has taken smart risks in the past, its extended success formula started with the launch of Amaze last April. It was the company’s first diesel venture and the outcome was nothing but a fruitful one. The attractiveness lies in the world class 25.8kmpl diesel mileage, powerful iDTEC diesel and iVTEC petrol engine engineered with the advanced Earth Dreams technology and enormous cabin room for its sub four meter sedan size. The petrol vehicle is pretty fuel efficient as well and offers 18 kmpl.

The company has made massive gains with the car alone till the all new City was launched in Jan 2014. It was also Honda’s first diesel project with the car; so much excitement was centred on the car. It is not just a regular variant of the previous car but an evolutionary launch packed with advanced design technologies called Exciting H design and Sleek cross motion. It is a more premium make of its predecessor. Honda has used the same iDTEC and iVTEC engine formula into the car also fitted in Amaze. It offers a valuable fuel economy value of 26kmpl, the best in its class. The petrol vehicle generates 18kmpl.

Honda has fuelled great thrills with its vehicles; Brio, CR-V, Amaze and all new City are amazing vehicles to own. There are interesting new launches to look forward to, and the most spoken about forthcoming launch at the moment is Mobilio MPV. It is a threat to current line of MPV’s like Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Toyota Innova. The seven seat car is filled with vibrancy, shine and technology sold at phenomenal value price of Rs 7.75 lakhs.
