CR-V is voted as the best selling SUV in America and it just gets better with the 2015 model packed with greater cabin room and luxury.

Honda’s vision with new CR-V with regard to improved technologies is to improvise on safety with the adoption of new techniques such as driver assistance systems that will be used in many variants, it will aid in reduction of accidents. The high-tech driver assistance system will be incorporated into the CR-V Touring car and the installation price is $34,000 for the all-wheel drive car. The car has rear view mirror camera and radar on grille.

Honda has also installed an adaptive cruise control system that can maneuver up to a maximum distance of 20mph and the other high-end technologies are lane departure warning, collision mitigation braking for cars and pedestrians and lane departure warning system. The company has developed a pioneering Sensing umbrella technology that has LaneWatch system, the passenger side mirror feature is fitted into all variants of CR-V barring the base model. On the blind spot mirror is a 7-inch centre stack display with 3 horizontal lines and 3 zones that enables a great view, the visibility is so phenomenal that driver’s can get a crisp sight of the convex edge.

Customers who want the Honda Sensing system it does not have active blind spot detection, rear cross traffic alert and rear parking sonar. The price of rear sonar is $530, and if used for about two hours, it incurs an additional $100 for an hour. Honda Sensing has cross-traffic alert cameras, active blind spot detection and surround view cameras.

CR-V is a stunner of the luxury SUV market, and has been voted as the most preferred. The first sight of attraction besides the glossy body is the size; it is 4570mm long with two rows of seats at the rear. In US about 2.5 million CR-V cars are rolled out each year. It was voted as the fifth best seller among various trucks and cars. The 2015 model is an intensely advanced variant of its predecessor with regard to price, safety, interior room, mileage, ride quality and handling.
