Honda India makes creditable 64% sale growth in 2014 November

Honda Cars India has conquered impressive profits in 2014 November with 64% gains. The company during the month sold 15,263 units significantly higher to 9,332 pieces rolled out in the corresponding year. The year 2014 has been a profitable one for Honda and during the period of April to November 2014 it sold 1,16,705 units leading to an overall 46% growth appreciably higher than 80,163 products rolled out same time last year.

There has been high distribution of purchasers over a variety of Honda cars, and the highest contributor during the month is the all new City, with the sale of 7,252 units, and the next highest contributor is Mobilio MPV with the flow of 3,589 units, next in line is Amaze at 3,310 units. Brio too has been in great demand with 1,050 units, and 62 units of CR-V were sold and the company made 890 export profits.

It has been a commendable month for Honda indeed, a 64% profit attainment in November is a massive jump from the previous month with 18% gains. Addressing the performance of the firm, the senior vice president in sales and marketing division of Honda Cars India, Mr. Jnaneswar Sen stated, ‘’it is a continuation of attainment of admirable profits, across all markets, we are strengthening our dealership network capacity and hope to extend our product availability to many more customers, and at present we have set a dealership capacity benchmark of 200 outlets.

Honda Cars India has generated creditable sales all through the year, the company is a top seller of luxury cars in the country, and has formatted a varied product launch plan over the past year, through engaging in a cost-effective strategy. In early 2013 the firm launched Amaze compact sedan, the first diesel venture for Indian markets, and it was an instant best seller and the strongest selling point besides the abundant interior room and fashionable exterior architecture is the world class 25.8kmpl mileage and also the revolutionary i-DTEC diesel engine technology.

In early 2014 the firm introduced the all new City, which is also practically priced to attract considerable level of consumers. It is an evolutionary product of the earlier car and garnished with the advanced ‘Exciting H design’ technology, and runs on a first rate 26kmpl mileage, contributed by the innovative i-DTEC diesel engine. Few months ago, the firm introduced a Mobilio MPV car, also an instant best seller and it too moves on the revolutionary i-DTEC diesel engine technology.

Honda has an efficient factory network system, with two pioneering establishments’ one in Tapukara district in Alwar city of Rajasthan and the other in Greater Noida UP. The company makes commendable profits on limited product resources and the line up comprises of CR-V, City, Mobilio, Amaze and Brio. The company has withstood the grave effects of macro-economy and has admirably sustained weak markets for a sufficiently long period; the trend has been varied with many other established firms who succumbed to the weakened markets.

Ardent Honda Cars fans should watch out for the amazing new launches, and all these will launch within the month of June, such as next-gen Brio, new Brio based compact SUV, Amaze facelift, CR-V facelift, new Accord and new Jazz.
