Honda has terminated the production of the present Jazz model for the Indian market. The company has however launched a loaded version of the car in UK called ES Plus Jazz. The main aim behind the release of the new Jazz is to substitute the loaded ES version. Honda has introduced the car with surprise packages that would elevate the profit sale output of the model.
The additional features added are steering wheel fitted with premium leather with gear and wheel knob, armrest for driver compartment, darkened windows, 16 inch alloy wheels and cruise control. In terms of engine efficiency, the car is a powerful figure fitted with 1.4 liter petrol mill with i-VTEC technology, the 1.2 liter engine with iVTEC technology is offered with the remaining variants. The power discharged is stunning at 99PS attached to 5 speed manual transmissions. The acceleration is admirable as well that ranges to enormous lengths of 0 to 100 Kmph with the top most speed being 180kph. The mileage offered is admirable at 17.6 Kmpl with carbon-dioxide emission levels of 129 grams per kilogram.
The main reason for lower buying powers of the car is the exorbitant pricing; Honda realized the reason behind the low customer turnover and decreased the price of the car to consumer centric levels. The company will however launch the next-gen Jazz model in India which is expected to arrive next year. The car is launched at a price of Rs 13.2 lakhs.
The Jazz ES Plus is launched with interesting new fitments for a comfortable drive experience. Honda has formulated effective methods to fight the present unfavorable car economy period introducing quality features in ES Plus Jazz and also reducing the price to attract larger consumer turnovers.
