Honda Brio is an entry level hatch back. And the first thing you will notice about it is its over flowing cuteness! Really! The Brio is the cutest car on the Indian roads. It doesn’t matter from where you are looking at it, its dripping cuteness from every view. Especially from the rear end. The big rear wind shield and the round tail lamps projects an image of a cute little kid with a large forehead gazing at you in amazement, wondering why are you gazing back at it!

The front end of the Honda Brio goes with the cuteness syndrome too. The cute headlamps along with the front grille with the Honda badge in the middle look pleasing. The  nicely framed bumper with the fog lamps is fantastic. Even from the side view the Brio looks nothing but soothing to eyes. It doesn’t matter how bad your mood is, if you see a Brio passing by, you are definitely going to smile at least once.

The Honda Brio is very lively and pleasurable from the inside as well. The interiors of the car are well built. The quality of the materials used is extremely nice. The seats are very comfy and the steering wheel feels very light because it is a rack and pinion arrangement assisted by the EPS. The instrument cluster is pretty cool too. The yellow illumination in the background looks pleasing and gives a clear view of the digits and symbols in the cluster. It has even got a rev meter!

Under the little bonnet of the Honda Brio is its small power plant providing a maximum power of 87.16 bhp at 6000 rpm and pulls the car with a peak torque of 11.11 kgm @ 4500 rpm. The kiddo deals with 0-60 kph in 6.36 secs, 0-100 kph in 16.22 secs, 80-120 kph in 12.2 secs and attains a top speed of 138 kph. The suspension system is a McPherson Strut at the front and Torsion beam at the rear. The ride quality of the car is very better from most of the hatch backs of this segment. The Honda Brio is a kind of car which you would love to drive every morning on empty city roads and a pleasant weather. It will bring a smile to your face every time you would get behind the wheel. It would charm every one of its occupants.

The Honda Brio handles very well and changes direction as you think. The grip is provided by the 175/65 R14 tyres. The downside of the Honda Brio is that there is no rear wind shield wiper or defogger and the boot space is also quite less. The Honda Brio is also available in a 5 speed automatic transmission.

So, if you are looking for a small hatch back with comfortable interiors, cute exteriors, a good ride quality and grip and a joyful ride on a weekend, then the you needn’t look any further, the Honda Brio is the perfect pet for you!
