As for the Indian car market the all new Honda Jazz is expected to be powered by the same 1.2 liter petrol engine as well as a new 1.5 liter diesel motor that is currently powering the extremely successful Honda Amaze compact sedan.
On the other hand, in the car market of US, where the model is known as the Honda Fit will be getting powered the engine options of a 1.2 liter and a 1.4 liter petrol mills as well as a 1.6 liter i-DTEC diesel motor. In the Indian car market, the all new 2014 Honda Jazz will be pitched directly against the Hyundai i20 premium hatchback.
